Nutrition that evolves with you.Nutritionist for PCOS, thyroid, diabetes & weight management

Personalised online consultations, a plan built from the food you already cook, and an app that keeps your meals, measurements and blood results in one place between appointments — so every follow-up starts from evidence instead of memory.

No cost and no obligation — a short call to work out whether this is the right fit before you book anything.

  1. History, routine, medication and results — the starting point, not an afterthought.

  2. What you actually eat, in the portions your kitchen already uses.

  3. Turned into numbers you can read: energy, protein, carbohydrate, fat.

  4. A week of meals, slot by slot, built from that picture.

  5. Measured, reviewed and revised — so the plan keeps up with you.

01The difference

A diet plan is only the beginning.

Most diet plans end when the PDF arrives. This one is a record that keeps up with you — measured, revised, and visible to both of us between every appointment.

  1. 01MealsChecked off daily, with a live photo of the plate.
  2. 02MeasurementsWeight, waist and body fat, read as a trend.
  3. 03Blood reportsEach marker charted against its reference range.
  4. 04AdherenceWhat actually happened this week — not what was planned.
  5. 05Follow-upsThe plan is revised against all of it, and the old version kept.

02From your kitchen

We don’t ask you to live like a different person.

Plans start from what you already cook and the measures you already use — rotis, katoris, spoons, pieces. Your family doesn’t need a second menu. Tap a dish to see what the plan sees.

  • Meals

    Today's plan

Your meals slot by slot — early morning through bedtime — in household portions, with calories and macros calculated from the ingredients. Your workout for the day sits alongside it.

  • Check-off

Meal check-off, with the real plate

Tap a meal off as you eat it. The camera opens live — no gallery uploads — so your nutritionist reviews what was actually on the plate rather than a row of ticks.

  • Progress

    Weight, measurements & blood reports

Log your weight, waist and body fat and watch the trend rather than one bad morning. Blood reports are read marker by marker into charts, each banded against its reference range.

  • More

    Photos, supplements & payments

Progress photos stay coach-only unless you choose otherwise. Supplement protocols carry clear start and review dates. Programme fees and balances stay in your record, not in a chat thread.

This is what makes follow-ups different. Instead of asking how the month went, your nutritionist opens a record of it — what you ate, what you weighed, what your last report said — and changes the plan against that.

04Blood reports

Not a folder of PDFs. A line you can read.

Each report is read marker by marker into your record and drawn against its reference range — so change over months is something you see, not something you try to remember.

Steady — and that is useful to know too

Illustrative Values are examples, not a client’s results. Shaded bands show a typical reference range; labs differ, and your record uses the range printed on your own report. Interpreting results with your doctor stays with your doctor.

05Follow-up

Follow-ups that change something.

Every review reads your logs, measurements and new reports, and the plan is revised against them. Previous versions are kept, so progress is a record and not a rewrite.

06How it works

From the first form to a plan that keeps up with you

Six stages. The last two repeat for as long as you work together — that loop is the point.

  1. 01Before the first call

    Assess

Pick a time and fill in the new-patient assessment — your details, health history, medication and what you want to change. A few minutes now means the consultation starts with the real picture.

  2. 02The consultation

    Understand

We go through your history, your routine and any blood work from the last six months together, and agree what to work on first. Nothing is planned around a number you have not seen.

  3. 03Plan, version 1

    Plan

A plan built from the food you already cook — every slot of every day, in household portions, with calories and macros calculated from the ingredients rather than estimated.

  4. 04Every day

    Live

Your plan arrives in the practice's app. Sign in with your phone number and the access code you're given, check meals off with a live photo, and log your weight and measurements.

  5. 05Between reviews↻ repeats

    Measure

Weight, measurements, adherence and any new blood reports gather in one record — the same record you and your nutritionist both see.

  6. 06Version 2, 3, …↻ repeats

    Adapt

At each follow-up the plan is revised against what the record actually shows. Earlier versions are kept, so progress is a history rather than a rewrite.

What we look at

  • Medical and family history, and current medication
  • Any blood reports from the last six months
  • Your routine — work, sleep timing, activity, cooking
  • What you eat on an ordinary day, not an ideal one

What the process involves

  • A new-patient assessment before the first consultation
  • A consultation to go through it together and agree priorities
  • Reports read marker by marker into a record you can see over time

What the plan can include

  • Changes prioritised by what your history and results show
  • Measurements and markers to watch at each review
  • A plan revised as new results arrive

This explains how the practice works — it isn’t an assessment and doesn’t replace advice from your doctor.

08Programmes

14 programmes. One way of working.

Every programme starts from the same full assessment and ends in a plan you can keep. All consultations run online.

Nutrition support complements your medical treatment — it does not replace your doctor's advice or prescribed medication.

10Why clients stay with the process

Nutrition care that continues after the consultation

  1. 01

    No crash diets, no detoxes

No meal replacements, no cleanses, no eliminating whole food groups on principle. Ordinary food in planned portions, because that is the only kind of plan people are still following a year later.

  2. 02

    Built around your kitchen

Plans start from what you already cook and the household measures you already use — katoris, pieces, spoons. Your family does not need a second menu.

  3. 03

    A real assessment first

Medical and family history, past investigations, prescriptions, routine and preferences are collected before the first consultation, so that hour is spent planning rather than gathering.

  4. 04

    Evidence you can see

Blood reports are read marker by marker into your record and charted against their reference ranges, so a change over six months is visible rather than remembered.

  5. 05

An app made for this practice

Not a generic tracker. Your plan, your check-offs, your measurements, your reports and your supplement schedule live in one place, and your nutritionist sees the same record you do.

  6. 06

    Follow-ups that change something

Every review reads your logs, measurements and new reports, and the plan is revised against them. Previous versions are kept, so progress is a record and not a rewrite.
