Terms of Service
The terms on which Nutrition Simplified provides nutrition consultations, diet plans and the client app.
Effective 27 July 2026
1. These terms
These terms apply between you and Nutrition Simplified (“the practice”, “we”, “us”) whenever you use this website, book a consultation, or use the client app. By booking a consultation you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not book.
2. What the service is — and what it is not
We provide nutrition and dietetic consultation: an assessment of your health, history and routine, a personalised eating plan, and follow-up review of your progress.
This is nutrition guidance, not medical treatment. It does not replace your doctor. Specifically:
- We do not diagnose disease, prescribe medicine, or tell you to start, stop or change any medication your doctor has prescribed. Only your treating doctor can do that.
- Nutrition support is designed to work alongside your medical treatment, and we plan around your prescriptions and reports.
- Nothing on this website or in your plan is a promise of a particular outcome. Results depend on your health, your circumstances and how consistently a plan is followed, and they differ from person to person.
- Where something in your history or reports needs medical attention, we will say so and refer you to a doctor. We may decline to work with you where doing so would not be safe without medical supervision.
If you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services or go to a hospital. Do not use this website or the app to seek urgent help — it is not monitored for emergencies.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information. Your plan is built from what you tell us — your conditions, medicines, supplements, allergies and history. An incomplete or inaccurate history can make a plan unsuitable or unsafe.
- Tell us when things change — a new diagnosis, a new medicine, a pregnancy, a hospital admission, or a new symptom.
- Keep your account secure. Your access code is personal to you. Do not share it, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
- Your plan is yours alone. It is built for your body, your reports and your circumstances. Do not pass it to family, friends or online groups — a plan that suits you may be unsuitable, or unsafe, for someone else.
4. Booking, fees and payment
Programme fees, their inclusions and their duration are agreed with you before a programme begins and are recorded against your programme in the app. Fees are payable as agreed at booking. Where an online payment gateway is used, that gateway’s own terms also apply to the transaction.
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule a consultation, so the slot can be offered to someone else. Refund and cancellation terms for your specific programme are those agreed with you at the time of booking.
5. The client app
The app is provided for you to view your plan, check meals off, log your weight and measurements, view your reports, and communicate about your programme. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access — it may be unavailable during maintenance or because of failures outside our control.
The app is a record and a tool. It does not monitor your health in real time, and no one is watching it for signs that you need urgent help.
Please do not attempt to access another client’s records, disrupt the service, or upload anything unlawful or harmful. We may suspend access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.
6. Your information
How we collect, store, use and protect your personal and health information — and the rights you have over it — is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website, and the plans, materials and resources we prepare, belong to the practice. Your plan is licensed to you for your own personal use. Please do not reproduce, republish or sell our materials.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with the reasonable skill and care expected of a qualified nutrition professional. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from information you did not give us or gave us inaccurately, from a plan being followed differently from how it was given, or from decisions about medical treatment, which remain between you and your doctor.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page, with its effective date shown above. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would always rather resolve a concern directly — please raise it with us first.
11. Contact
Contact details for the practice have not yet been published on this site. Please raise any question about these terms directly with yournutritionist.
