High blood pressure, high cholesterol, fatty liver, raised fasting sugar and central weight are usually not five separate problems. They share mechanisms, they arrive together, and they respond to overlapping changes — which is why treating them with five separate diets is both exhausting and unnecessary.
This consultation reads your full panel — lipid profile, liver enzymes, fasting glucose and HbA1c, blood pressure readings, kidney function — and builds one plan that addresses the cluster. Sodium and potassium balance for blood pressure, saturated and trans fat for lipids, fructose and total energy for fatty liver, and carbohydrate structure for glucose, all resolved into a single way of eating.
Progress is measured on the markers themselves. Each review compares your latest report against the last, so you can see which numbers are moving rather than relying on how you feel.

- Hypertension, whether medicated or newly flagged
- High LDL cholesterol or triglycerides
- Grade 1–3 fatty liver on ultrasound, or raised SGPT/SGOT
- Metabolic syndrome, or several risk markers found on one health check
- A strong family history of heart disease, wanting prevention in place
What’s included
- Review of your full panel — lipids, liver enzymes, sugars, kidney function and blood pressure
- One coordinated plan addressing the whole cluster instead of one condition at a time
- Practical sodium reduction that survives Indian home cooking
- Cooking-oil, fat and fibre guidance you can apply in your own kitchen
- Alcohol and fructose guidance where fatty liver is present

—How it works
From the first form to a plan that keeps up with you
Six stages. The last two repeat for as long as you work together — that loop is the point.
Assess
Pick a time and fill in the new-patient assessment — your details, health history, medication and what you want to change. A few minutes now means the consultation starts with the real picture.
Understand
We go through your history, your routine and any blood work from the last six months together, and agree what to work on first. Nothing is planned around a number you have not seen.
Plan
A plan built from the food you already cook — every slot of every day, in household portions, with calories and macros calculated from the ingredients rather than estimated.
Live
Your plan arrives in the practice's app. Sign in with your phone number and the access code you're given, check meals off with a live photo, and log your weight and measurements.
Measure
Weight, measurements, adherence and any new blood reports gather in one record — the same record you and your nutritionist both see.
Adapt
At each follow-up the plan is revised against what the record actually shows. Earlier versions are kept, so progress is a history rather than a rewrite.
Included: the practice’s nutrition app
Your plan for this programme lives in the practice’s own app — today’s meals in household portions, a live-camera check-off so your nutritionist sees the real plate, your weight and measurement trends, and your blood markers charted against their normal ranges. It opens in the browser on any phone or laptop, and it is included in the programme fee.

I have three of these conditions. Do I need three plans?
No — that is the point of this consultation. They overlap enough that one coherent plan handles them, and conflicting advice between conditions gets resolved rather than passed on to you.
Will my blood pressure or cholesterol medication change?
That is your doctor's decision, made on your reports. Nutrition works alongside your prescription, and you should not stop or alter any medication on the basis of a diet plan.
Is fatty liver reversible?
Fatty liver often responds well to sustained weight and dietary change, and your liver enzymes are tracked at each review so you can see what is happening. How far it improves varies, and your physician interprets the scans and reports.
Questions about booking, fees, follow-ups or the app are answered in the practice FAQ.
Nutrition support complements your medical treatment — it does not replace your doctor's advice, diagnosis or prescribed medication. Nothing on this page is a diagnosis or a promise of a particular result.
